Guests arrive Friday evening to settle into their bunk and enjoy our farm to table dinner while connecting with the other students. Guests are invited to rise with the sun for an early yoga class. Prior to the day's programming, we will enjoy a Tribe Farm fresh breakfast together. The two-day hands-on experience will include the following:

• Herbal first aid for beginners

• Plant identification walk

• Fermentation processing

• Herbal medicine making

• Assist in designing and planting of the Farm's medicinal wheel herb garden

• Plant Spirit Medicine session around the bonfire
